Join Tracee Stanley and Chanti Tacoronte-Perez for a deep dive into Rest, Dream, Play - a 7-day, 6- night luxury retreat in the biodiverse Southern Zone jungles of Santa Elena, Costa Rica. You will be resting and dreaming in the lap of Mother Nature in luxury glamping tents. The days will include an emergent flow of rest practices, meditation, mantra, river hikes, waterfall bathing, creative workshops, and sacred movement classes. Our evenings will include collective dreaming practices, star gazing, temezcal, and full moon rituals.

Awaken Radiance is a deep dive into the wisdom of practicing resting in nature, communing with the elements, and offering gratitude to Earth. This retreat will be an exploration of the practice of nature as our primary and most sacred teacher.
Inspired by the teachings of the sage Dattatreya, we will practice yoga nidra, rest, kriya and self-inquiry in the abundant forest that surrounds Menla. Held in the portal of the Summer Solstice, we will honor this time of year with Tantric practices of the Surya Gayatri to awaken our inner radiance and joy.
Each day's practice will include yoga nidra, sacred rest, chanting and kriya's, and nature amplification practices to honor the elements and the waxing moon. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with the Divine Feminine, to rest, connect with inner radiance and Divine wisdom.

Join Tracee for a special retreat at Ghost Ranch, the former home of Georgia O'Keefe located on the traditional land of the Najavo and Apache peoples. The majestic and spacious land of Abiquiu, New Mexico, will be our home for seven days and six nights. This retreat will offer an opportunity to connect with your source of inner inspiration, whether you are a spiritual writer, screenwriter, or currently musing on your first book. Tracee will share practices to remove creative blocks and awaken the imagination, creativity, and innovation. She will also pull from her over twenty years as a creative film producer, development executive, and author of two books. There will be free time to explore the vast land around Ghost Ranch and take a day trip to Santa Fe, Taos or soak in the Ojo Caliente hot springs. All creatives are welcome.
